SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are subject to a $5 shipping and handling charge. Your items will be shipped promptly and delivered within 5-7 business days, upon which time you will receive a tracking number via email. If you live in the southeast of Houston area (anywhere from Pasadena to Galveston,) select "Local PickUp" at check out and we can schedule a time for you to pick up your order! 

Pick up locations are in Pasadena, Deer Park, and League City.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We are closing our shop, so all items are final sale. We appreciate your business!

DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMS

First, know all of our items undergo quality control prior to sending it out to you (AKA we are both perfectionists and try our best inspect everything carefully.) If you, for any reason, receive a damaged item, email us as soon as possible. Please inform us of the damages and include photos. Understand that as soon as we drop off your purchases at the post office, they are out of our hands. That being said, we are not responsible for any losses or damages made by the post office.

Most of our items are true to size for women's clothing, however please read the details and model info for each item as sizing descriptions may vary.
